We are still here for all your urgent needs.
Your pet will be seen in the practice, while we ask you to wait in your car.
The vet can then explain by phone or at a distance across the car park the plan for your pet.
Payment is taken over the phone or by BACS ( details supplied at bottom of your statement)
We have less staff available with some in the vulnerable group and others with poorly household members.
Bearing that in mind and all the extra phone calls please be patient when you do need to call

Urgent appointments can be made online HERE and we also have the facility to link to you via video - please email or phone if you think we can attend you pet with this new method.
