COVID19 Update - September 2021
We ask that you DO NOT attend the practice if you or any member of your household is displaying ANY symptoms of Coronavirus, has had a positive test in the last 2 weeks or is awaiting a test result.
Arriving for an appointment
Hereford Branch
Clients attending an appointment will need to call the practice on arrival to let us know you’re here.
Please wear a face mask/covering at all times.
You will then be allocated a seating bay in reception. Please note only 1 person will be allowed into the practice for the appointment. Some exceptions will apply to a maximum of 2 people being allowed into the practice.
If you are happy to be present in the consulting room the vet will call you through to examine your pet, if you are not happy then please let us know.
Where possible, please pay by card or BACS (cash will be accepted if no other alternative)
Collection of medications - from the back door "collection point" in Hereford.
Ledbury Branch
Please wear a face mask/covering at all times.
On arrival please come through to reception and our reception team will book you in for your appointment and allocate you a seat.
If you are happy to be present in the consulting room the vet will call you through to examine your pet, if you are not happy then please let us know.

If you have repeat medications you need to request you can do that online HERE
Appointments can be made online HERE and we also have the facility to link to you via video - please email or phone if you think we can attend you pet with this method. eg post op checks, medication checkups - if for ongoing mobility issues please complete the LOAD form and send in prior to your appointment DOWNLOAD HERE
